Lesson #20 – Customer Love Potions
By now, you’ve probably noticed that a number of the lessons in the “Guide to Marketing Mojo” focus on how to not only attract more clients and customers but how to get and use excellent testimonials and referrals from those very same clients and customers to bring in even more clients and customers. An excellent cycle when you can make it happen! But, when it comes right down to it, all the Marketing Mojo in the world will do you no good if you don’t treat your customers and prospects with the respect and gratitude they deserve.
I don’t care what the airlines and oil companies and multi-national corporations are doing –just because they’re successful in spite of bad customer service doesn’t mean YOU can be.
(And, by the way, even those companies try to look as if they care.)
